To ensure the proper handling of personal information in accordance with the ‘Act on the Protection of Personal Information’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Personal Information Protection Act’), the Executive Committee of Japan MICE EXPO 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Secretariat’) has established the following policy regarding the handling of personal information at this exhibition, in conjunction with the privacy policy of the Osaka International Business Promotion Center.
Acquisition and Use of Personal Information at and prior activities on exhibition
The following personal information will be acquired and used appropriately.
- Profiling information such as name, date of birth, gender, occupation, etc.
- Information related to contact information such as e-mail address, telephone number, address, etc.
- Information entered or sent by you as customers through input forms or other methods determined by Osaka International Business Promotion Center.
Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Personal information obtained will be used for administrative purposes of the exhibition and may also be used to provide information on related exhibitions, events, and seminars (including online).
Joint Use of Personal Information
Personal information (company name, affiliation, name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address) will be shared with the organizers and co-organizers of this exhibition, cooperating companies, and lecturers of each seminar. Personal information to be shared will be strictly managed by the secretariat.
