The Japan MICE EXPO 2025 Executive Committee (hereinafter “the Executive Committee”) complies with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information and handles personal information as follows, based on the guidelines set by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Acquisition and Use of Personal Information at the Exhibition

We acquire and appropriately use the following personal information:

• Information related to profiles such as name, date of birth, gender, occupation, etc.
• Contact information such as email address, phone number, address, etc.
• Information entered or transmitted by customers through input forms or other methods specified by our company.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The acquired personal information will be used for the operation of Japan MICE EXPO 2025 (hereinafter “the Exhibition”) and may also be used to provide information on related exhibitions, events, and seminars (including online) and to conduct surveys. It will not be used without permission for purposes other than these legitimate purposes.

Provision to Third Parties

Except as otherwise provided by law, personal information will not be provided to third parties without prior consent from the customer. Additionally, when the Executive Committee outsources the handling of personal information to third parties for the purposes listed above, necessary supervisory measures will be taken for those third parties.

Joint Use of Personal Information

Personal information (company name, affiliation, name, address, phone number, email address) will be jointly used with the organizing bodies of the Exhibition, cooperating companies, and lecturers of each seminar. Personal information will not be jointly used without permission for purposes other than these legitimate purposes. The Executive Committee will strictly manage the jointly used personal information.

Security Management of Personal Information

The Executive Committee will take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information and to ensure the security management of collected information.

Regarding Business Partner Companies or Linked Sites

The Executive Committee is not involved in the independent collection of personal information by third-party websites accessible through the Exhibition’s website (hereinafter “the Website”). Therefore, the Executive Committee assumes no responsibility or obligation for the independent provisions or activities of these websites. Please review the privacy policies of each website.

Revisions to the Privacy Policy

The Executive Committee will review and revise the privacy policy as necessary. The revised privacy policy will be promptly posted on the Website.
